Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective as of January 1, 2025, and govern access to and use of services, digital materials, and goods provided by LedgerAxisPro (“Company”).

1. Scope

These terms apply to all engagements, including accounting and reporting services, information products, and goods offered via LedgerAxisPro.com.

3. Services

3.1 Engagement and Fees

Fees for services are due prior to commencement. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfer. Confirmation of payment is required to schedule any session or deliverable.

3.2 Changes and Transfers

Clients may request rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. LedgerAxisPro will accommodate a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability.

3.3 Cancellations and Fee Returns

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full fee return. Cancellations within 72 hours are not eligible for a fee return, as resources are reserved and staff time is allocated.

4. Information Products

4.1 Delivery and Access

Digital materials are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access credentials or download links will be provided via email.

4.2 Refund Policy

Owing to the immediate nature of electronic delivery, no fee return will be provided once access credentials have been issued or materials have been downloaded. In the event of a technical delivery error, clients may request an alternative delivery or credit within 7 days of purchase.

5. Goods

5.1 Shipping

Physical items are shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping carriers and tracking information will be communicated via email.

5.2 Returns and Exchanges

Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or fee return, subject to inspection and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Fee returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned items.

5.3 Customized Items

Customized or bespoke items are non-returnable due to their individualized nature. Clients are encouraged to review customization details carefully before ordering.

6. Fee Return Procedure

To request a fee return or credit, clients must submit a written request via email with the order number and reason for the request. Approved requests will be processed within 10 business days, with the fee returned to the original method of payment or as site credit, per the client’s selection.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Modifications

LedgerAxisPro may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on LedgerAxisPro.com. Continued use of services, products, or goods after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
